You’re Invited to the High Water Celebration

Please join the City of Fallon and Churchill County as we celebrate this community’s tremendous effort and success with flood mitigation efforts during the High Water Event this year. A celebration to honor all of our volunteers and thank our community for their support will be held on: Saturday, September 23rd at Oats Park – 150 S. East St.

 

 

Schedule of Events

 

1:00 – 5:00: The City Swimming Pool will be open for free swimming

3:00 – 9:00: Park festivities featuring bounce houses,
snow cones, cotton candy, and food and beverage vendors

5:30 – 6:30: Special presentation by Mayor Tedford and Commissioner Olsen

7:00 – 9:00: Final concert in the park for 2017 featuring Blair Crimmins & The Hookers

 

The City of Fallon and Churchill County are so proud of the hard work, dedication, and community spirit displayed during the challenges we faced with the high water event earlier this year. However, we recognize that others have not been so fortunate. During this event we will be providing opportunities to donate to the victims of Hurricane Harvey and Irma and help those in need.
